My Story
I’m a Relationship Coach with over 1,000 hours of experience transforming couples from around the world.
But it hasn’t always been this way.
I’m married myself with two small kids and a busy career, so I understand the pressures that come with trying to maintain a healthy relationship.
But shortly after having my first child, I lost a feeling of my own identity and confidence that took the focus away from my relationship.
That first year of becoming a father was the hardest for me. I became hyper-critical of myself, I felt like I was failing and I started to shut down my emotions. During the same period my wife was also suffering from postnatal depression.
How we were both feeling had a huge impact on our relationship dynamic. We weren’t communicating effectively and it had a big impact on how we felt about our future together.
I reached out for every self-development book I could find, but it was when I started my professional training with The Coaching Academy that everything changed.
Here, I learned a methodology of proven coaching techniques. Strategies that get results and upgrade patterns of behaviour.
It was pretty scary investing that money at the time, but I knew I had to take some risks to make that transition to a happier place in my life… and in my relationship…
And thankfully it turned out to be the best investment I’ve ever made.
It helped me overcome the challenges in my relationship and thrive in other areas of my life.
It took me years to get to where I am today… feeling fulfilled, satisfied, appreciated and aligned on our future.
What better way could I get enjoyment out of the work that I do, by helping couples massively improve their relationship, for the benefit of them and those around them.
And it’s as a result of following the proven steps of the REBOOT method.. And doing the right things, day after day.
